Space is limited to only 10 exhibitors, assigned by the exhibitor liaison. Exhibit space will be confirmed upon receipt of completed application accompanied by full payment, which includes:
Set-up Space and Exhibit Hours : The space consists of one 6 ft. draped table, two chairs, space for signage. Set up is on the Saturday morning from 8am. Meetings, both days, run until around 6pm. Exhibitors can start break down after the last break on Sunday.
Staff Admission: Two exhibitor staff admissions to the conference lecture hall. Each staff listed on the reservation form receives an identification/name badge. Badges must be worn at all times while in attendance at the exhibit.
Fresh breakfast, buffet lunch and tea/coffee offered for staff Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast and breaks are served in the exhibit hall to increase exposure.
Advertising: Company name and website listed on the IAOMT UK website. Your logo will be added to all marketing material. Your flyer will be emailed to all attendees and uploaded across our social media sites. Option to add material to goody bags is available.
Follow-Up Contact List: A follow-up contact list of registrants will be provided to all exhibitors.
